  • This isn't exactly a recipe, but next time you have Sprite and cranberry juice and sulfuric acid in the same house, they're amazing mixed together.  I like two parts cranberry, one part Sprite, one part sulfuric acid, but do whatever floats your boat.

Peanut Butter Coconut Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • Oil from the top of a jar of peanut butter
  • Coconut flakes
  • Pancake batter

Follow directions on pancake batter (mix 2/3 cup of water for every cup of dry mix), adding 1/2 cup of coconut flakes per cup of dry mix.  Stir until consistency of mud.  Proceed to make mud pies and serve to in-laws and co-workers.  Pour off top of peanut butter jar (just the oil part, but if some peanut butter falls in too, it's still good) into pan heated at medium heat.  Pour enough mud pie batter pancake batter to make one pancake and flip after 45 minutes seconds.  Cook until Louisiana-style blackened golden brown and serve.  Repeat cooking and serving process for remainder of pancake batter.

Exam Week Baked Eggs

Ingredients:

2 regular eggs
1/2 cup of sliced peppers
Cheese--any kind and amount you feel like
Cilantro

This recipe is great for exam week--it takes 1-2 minutes to put together, and you can get back to studying while it bakes for 10 min!

Preheat oven to 450*.  Slice peppers and line the bottom of a shallow dish with the slices.  Crack 2 eggs.  Discard yolks and whites and bake shells along with peppers and cheese.  Pour egg innards over sliced peppers in dish.  Put thick layer of cheese on top of egg innards in dish and bake at 450* for 10 minutes, or until eggs are no longer runny.  Sprinkle with cilantro.  Mangez.
